These terms govern your use of TalkRandom. By using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use TalkRandom.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use TalkRandom. By using the service you confirm that you are 18 or older. TalkRandom is not intended for anyone under 18.
2. The service
TalkRandom is a free service that pairs you at random with other people for anonymous voice and text conversation. Matches are unscripted, and we cannot control who you are paired with or what they say or do.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. In short, treat people with respect, and do not engage in hate speech, racism, harassment, threats, illegal activity, or any content involving minors. Violations may result in removal from the service.
4. Your responsibility
You are responsible for how you behave and what you share. Do not share personal, financial, or sensitive information with strangers. You interact with other users at your own risk.
5. Discretion advised
Because conversations are random and unmoderated in real time, you may encounter language or topics you find offensive. Discretion is advised. You can skip or leave any conversation at any time, and you can report behavior that breaks our guidelines.
6. Third-party links and offers
TalkRandom may display links or promotions to third-party services, including the 18+ AI Chat, which is operated by a separate company. When you follow such a link you leave TalkRandom and are subject to that provider's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, and some may charge fees.
7. No warranty
TalkRandom is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error free, or that you will have a positive experience with any match.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TalkRandom and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or your interactions with other users.
9. Termination
We may suspend or ban access to the service at any time, including for violations of these terms or our guidelines, or to protect users. Serious violations may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TalkRandom after changes means you accept the updated terms.
